Strolling to the South Side

My next step in this process is to go down to an area in the south side of Chicago called Hyde Park. Its one of the places I would like to shoot for the show and I really want to get an idea before we start shooting of what we will be shooting. Restaurants, parks, buildings, we'll try to set up some interviews with people. That way we will at least be on the right track and getting it started!! One step at a time, I'm really excited to get this project rolling!!

Spring is Here!!

Spring is here and I can't wait to start filming!!! I wanted to wait until the weather was warmer in Chicago to start filming and I am really excited to get started. Before I begin, I want to consult some professionals in the industry since I have no prior experience in filming and producing. I am currently setting up appointments with some producers in Chicago and hope they can point me in the right direction. I know I have a long road and a lot of work ahead of me, so the last thing I want to do is to make it longer by not asking for help. I have also been bit by the travel bug pretty bad lately and can't wait to take another trip, have some awesome experiences and meet some amazing people to inspire me even more.
